SENIOR SURVEYOR / SURVEY PMThe opportunities here are enormous; both with the variety of work and career prospects. The role is based in the Gippsland area of Country Victoria. You will be in the valleys - a very picturesque part of the land. Excellent for fresh country air, country living and bringing up a family!You will be given a survey car (vehicle), laptop, mobile phone and all the tools for the job. This is a client facing position where you will become an integral part of the business in a strategic management capacity.We are looking to make a key strategic appointment within the company which will place you in a strong position to progress through the hierarchy of the organisation.Ideally you will have between 5 15+ years experience in urban development as a land surveyor/project manager. This role will involve using your initiative to develop your own clients, cultivate relationships with existing clients and resurrect dormant relationships.We are looking for the sort of person who can effectively relate to people in diverse busines environments. This is consulting at it's best: A highly reputable global company, strong regional presence and a leading authority in Urban/land development as well as powerstation, mining and water sectors.You will need to be versatile and capable of fostering business relationships within organisations that have multiple points of contact / stakeholders.You must also have an eye for new developments and the skills to ensure you're in the frame for upcoming projects on your patch.
