My client is one of Australia's most progressive Civil Construction companies, engaged to carry out some of the most high-profile Infrastructure projects Nationwide.

They currently have an opening for a Civil Estimator to be based out of there Sydney office.

You will be reporting directly to the Sales Engineering Manager.

Requirements:

Working closely with the Sales Engineering Manager and other Estimators within the team in recommending various construction methods

Identify, detail and cost specific risks and opportunities associated with tender submissions

Experience in a similar Civil Contract environment

Preference for Civil Engineering background, not essential

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

Experience in mentoring of junior staff.

Attributes:

Over 5year's Estimating experience on Roads and Infrastructure projects

The ability to plan and execute accurate multi-disciplinary tender submissions;

Australian construction / engineering industry experience;

Effective team-worker and ability to perform function of the role without supervision
