Market Related CTC at a major coal mine
Permanent senior level position in the Mining sector at a major coal mine in Witbank in South Africa (Mpumalanga).
At this open cast coal mine a job is now available for a Senior Foreman in the Engineering Department.
You will report to the Colliery Manager and you will control the Mechanical Foreman and the Electrical Foreman.
Key Requirements:
- Qualified Artisan: Mechanical Trade
- N4 Mechanical
- English proficiency
- Computer literate: fully conversant with MS Office applications
- Code 08 Drivers License
- Minimum 5 years electrical or mechanical experience on Foreman level
- High tension electrical exp will be an advantage
- Opencast mining experience / coal prep plant experience / coal underground experience: an advantage
Key Responsibilities:
To manage staff to ensure that electrical & mechanical equipment are operational to promote continuity of mining operations within you area of responsibility.
