Shop Fitting Industry Based In Melbournes South east Newly Created Permanent Role
Our client, a cutting edge commercial shop fitting specialist who offer project management, design, architectural joinery manufacture and installation is looking to recruit a Project/Construction Manager. The new state of the art premises based in the South East can provide you with everything you need to complete and then compete with the rest. You will need to be experienced in all aspect of Construction/Project Management to fulfil this professional role.

Your daily duties will be but not restricted to:

Setup & Complete Project Work Schedules Complete All Relevant Site Documentation Contractor liaison to Ensure Completion Dates & Budgets are Fulfilled Co-ordinate all Site Employees Work with Production Department to Confirm Production Dates Ensure All Site Duties are Performed Safely/Professionally/Productively Complete Project Handover to Client Effectively Complete All Outstanding Rectifications There will be up to four projects at any one time with strict deadlines for each. Your ability to switch between talking to the team fulfilling the fit out whilst liaising with the client is key. The ability to manage your job and the work of those around when meeting the strict deadlines is paramount. There are specific KPI's for this role that will need to be adhered to. Your travel area will be working in Melbourne metro with some interstate travel and an expected three office bound days in Melbourne's South East.

Your excellent verbal and written skills will be well received along will proven experience working with MS Project, Excel and Word. You will have experience within a shop fitting environment that will be verified by reference checking.
