This is an exciting and potentially very lucrative opportunity for an experienced Sales Professional to join a leading supplier of equipment and consumables to the Mining, Exploration and Construction industries.

As Sales & Business Development Manager, you will head up the company’s Queensland operation promoting a comprehensive, world class range of Drilling Fluids and associated consumables to a wide range of clients operating in the Exploration, Water Well, Geotechnical and Commercial Construction sectors.

With a roaming brief covering the whole of the state, you will have full responsibility for all field sales activity focusing mainly on identifying new opportunities and establishing long-term relationships with some key players in the region. You will leverage off your existing relationships and reputation in the market to achieve realistic targets and provide outstanding customer service with your comprehensive knowledge of product and its application.

In addition to your industry and product knowledge, you will have excellent communication skills and the ability to work with all customers from independent drilling contractors to corporate heavyweights. Most importantly you will need to be credible on-site, commercially savvy, able to recognise a real opportunity and negotiate the deal.

On offer is an excellent salary package which will include a generous base salary, super and bonuses plus a fully maintained company vehicle and business tools.
