Job Description
Our client in the oil and gas industry has an immediate opening for a Principal Architect to work as team lead member in offshore projects. Responsible for quarters and other enclosed area designs during DEFINE and EXECUTE phases of work. Manage the preparation, collection, documentation and control of architectural data. Coordinate activities with client, vendors and internally amongst various disciplines. Perform quality checks with staff engineers and designers. Attend meetings with Client.
Requirements
BS/MS in Civil/Structural engineering or Architecture. 15-20 years experience in upstream offshore quarters/facility designs. Familiarity with offshore fabrication/transportation/construction procedures. Experience in FEED and detail engineering phases of extreme cold area enclosures. Knowledge of SOLAS/OSHA, HSE guidelines.
