Clerk - Project Associate/Excel/Data Tracking 14-17 $/hr

Location: Overland, KS, USA
Client has an IMMEDIATE NEED for a Project Associate/Data Entry to assist with various planning activities including the detailed data entry and tracking of purchase orders. This is a contract assignment in Overland Park, KS. Local candidates only.

Responsibilities:

-> Your primary responsibility will be to manually track a large volume of purchase orders required for the project
-> Trace high volume of purchase orders (300-400 weekly) with the highest degree of attention to detail
-> Enter and maintain information in Excel Spreadsheet
-> Assist with other Cost and Schedule functions (Project Bill of Quantities, cost reports and tracking, schedule preparation and maintenance, etc..)

Requirements:

-> Strong MS Excel and data entry skills are a must
-> Must have a strong attention to detail, prior experience in data entry and tracking
-> Prior project experience in the engineering and construction industry preferred
-> Project Control or Finance background
