Senior Mining Engineer $150k+ bonuses

Site roles can provide you with top-notch short-medium term planning skills, but taking that next step within a mining house isn't always easy. What's on offer here:

Develop into new areas - focus on strategic and long term projects

Technical due diligence and feasibility studies

Developing life of mine models

LOM economic analysis - mining method and equipment selection, capital and operating cost estimation for both 'green' and 'brown' field sites

At the request of clients, the structure of the teams is being reorganised to free up Principals for other areas. This will create a wider scope of responsibility for Senior Mining Engineers, so aside from technical consulting you will be introduced to:

Project Management of multiple projects with direct client interaction - becoming the face of the company

More leadership at a technical and people management level in daily tasks

Involvement in the mentoring of more junior Engineers - passing on your operational expertise
