With project wins continuing to come in the door as a result of their long standing reputation for delivery within their niche field of hospitality developments and renovation/refurbishment, our client has an immediate need for an experienced Contracts Administrator to join their team. They are well known for providing their Contracts Administrators with the opportunity to run jobs, supported by a Senior Project Manager that is on hand when needed. The position of Contracts Administrator will see you involved in the full lifecycle of projects ranging in value from $500k to $10m and include complex new build and high-end fit-out and refurbishment of hospitality venues. On offer is an attractive package that is coupled with job security and the opportunity for career progression. Our client has been involved in this specialist industry for many years and is known for their outstanding service delivery with much of their work being awarded through referral and invitation. Their portfolio of completed projects consists of many iconic pubs and clubs in the region and their current and future projects see them creating many more such venues. What we're looking for:

Tertiary qualification in Construction Management

Expert skills using CHEOPS (essential)

3-5 years post graduate experience in Contracts Administrator

Excellent references

Proven long term commitment to former employers
