Project Controls Manager

They are looking for a Project Controls Manager to join their Brisbane team working on a number of live projects.

Duties and responsibilities will include:

Provide support to the project controls director and ensure that the project controls team are informed of project objectives.
Ensure cost reports, control curves and forecasts are prepared and issued in accordance with project co-ordination procedures.
Ensure schedules and control curves are prepared and issued in accordance with the project co-ordination procedures.
Ensure the maintenance of both time and cost trend statistics.
Monitor and compare both time and cost reports and relating conclusions such that management control action is alerted at the right time.
Co-ordination of final job statistics and analyse the effectiveness of procedures for possible improvement on future projects.

To be considered for this position it is essential that you have:

Tertiary engineering qualifications
At least 10 years experience in a project controls management position
Experience in all aspects of Primavera software package, Microsoft Excel, Access and other project controls software.
Experience working on mining, infrastructure and oil and gas projects
Experience managing a large project team
