POSITION DESCRIPTION: Assists the organization in the selection, implementation, and use of KPIs as a way of managing the organization. Benchmark internal performance against industry best practice. Establish a performance management capability within the organization including performance assessment, performance improvement, and accountability. Monitor and report on the general performance of the corporate KPIs and compare against planned targets. Collection, analysis and presentation of performance data and information, on a regular and ad hoc basis. Support the design and development of reporting mechanisms and tools for the collection and analysis of performance data. Performs analysis and business studies such as outsourcing, divestiture and business optimization on an ad hoc basis.
SELECTION CRITERIA: Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Business Administration. 9 years' diversified accounting experience. Excellent command of oral and written English. Must have a comprehensive knowledge of accounting policies and procedures in a specialized area of operations or staff accounting and the ability to perform high-level independent analyses. Strong written and verbal communication skills including the ability to deliver presentations. Ability to interact with a multitude of business areas. Capability to work independently with little supervision. Works effectively in a team environment. Analytical with strong attention to detail. Well versed in computer skills preferably in SAP financials, BW, and PC productivity software. Understanding the nature and business drivers of costs and revenues. COMMENTS: The Performance Management, Business Advisory & Costing Division is responsible for the administration of the Corporate Performance Management Program. This includes calculating and assuring data integrity for the Corporate KPIs and providing support for corporate performance improvement and reporting in the Operating Plans, Business Plans, MIS and Accountability.
