THE ROLE
CCL has been requested by a leading Oil & Gas Energy company to provide a Management System Advisor on a residential status. Contract duration 1 year (renewable). Visits to other company facilities when required. Excellent rates negotiable for the right candidate.
THE PERSON
Minimum of 2 years of practical experience in Management Systems (preferably in Oil and Gas industry). Relevant experience in integrated Management Systems (Quality, Occupational HSE management) in its maintenance, development, evaluation and / or improvement. Knowledge of and experience in techniques for process modelling and improvement, and of mathematics and statistic tools to improve and optimize process performance. Knowledge of management principles and standards. Member of Management System Coordination Unit, support maintenance, improvement / implementation of Company Management System (CMS), in cooperation with Process Owners and Line Managers. Support company-wide efforts in relation to Certification to recognized international Management System Standards.
QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED
Master Degree in Engineering, Economics, Business Administration or Health and Safety Management, preferably with a membership of a recognized professional body. Knowledge of RoK QHSE legislation and international oil industry related standards would be beneficial. Integrity, good diplomatic, supervisory, written and presentation skills. Ability to take initiative, to maintain confidentiality, to meet deadlines, and to work in a multicultural team environment. PC-based experience essential. Competence in the preparation of documentation to a high standard. Fluent written and spoken English.
