Company located in Wisconsin which designs and manufactures lasers is now seeking candidates for their Product Engineering positions. This is a full time, permanent position within a growing and very innovative company. Salary 90-110k. Relocation assistance provided.

Responsibilities:

-> Ensure that all customer facing documents are accurate and in place including test specs
-> Yields and reliability are well controlled and yield improvement plans are in being executed on
-> Change control is managed efficiently with marketing and customers
-> Manage new product introduction cycle

Requirements:

-> BS in Electrical Engineering
-> 4+ years of experience in semiconductor or photonics industry as product or a device engineer
-> Must have experience with lasers
-> Knowledgeable in semiconductor manufacturing
-> Knowledgeable in device and package reliability drivers
-> An understanding of photonics and laser diodes is required
-> Able to interpret electrical parametric and analytical data
-> Excellent verbal and written communication
-> Ability to use Project Management tools
