Location: Saudi Arabia POSITION DESCRIPTION: Screens, reviews, evaluates the fuel and feedstock requests from customers and provides added value analysis to the process of making specific allocations of fuel or feedstock to customers and develops and executes four Agreements (contracts) with each customer for their project which from conceptual design to start-up as follows:
Design Basis Support - covers the conceptual design and applicable standards for the interface facilities between Supplier and Customer.
Engineering and Construction Support - covers Saudi Aramco's oversight of the customers design and construction of the interface facility, indicating applicable standards, providing internal SA coordination and plant start-up.
Sales or Feedstock - A contract that secures the quantity, price, quality, financial terms, duration of agreement and legal terms and conditions.
Operation and Maintenance - Customer turns custody of all the facilities it built within SA battery limits or SA pipeline corridors back to Saudi Aramco to perform operation and maintenance on a reimbursable basis.
Assimilates data from customers and uses historical data and projected trends to forecast energy and feedstock demand. Conducts research, obtains data from relevant company departments, external sources including customers to assist in the development of a pro-active company position on domestic energy and feedstock matters. Ensures that Saudi Aramco managerial personnel are updated monthly regarding fuel and feedstock demand status as well as making recommendations as appropriate.
SELECTION CRITERIA: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Economics or Business Administration. A minimum of fifteen (15) years experience in the Petrochemical industry including experience in the energy, Gas, NGL, Refineries disciplines. Must have broad knowledge of Saudi Aramco's Gas, NGL, Refined Products, Petrochemicals and feedstock product capabilities, technical qualities, manufacturing facilities and distribution systems. Must also have intimate knowledge of the Saudi Arabian Government's energy policies, power generation and desalination processes and the method whereby the Government works.
COMMENTS: Manages the domestic sales and hauling of hydrocarbon products valued at $6 Billion annually at 35 locations Kingdom-wide. Coordinates with over 4000 In-Kingdom customers representing the government and private sectors. Provides technical support to Distribution and Air Fueling Departments, and the Saudi Strategic Storage Program.
