Location: Saudi Arabia
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: Education: BS Petroleum Engineering. Experience: 12 years. The candidate must have a broad and varied background in Petroleum Engineering, including Reservoir, Drilling and Production Engineering. Should have extensive experience in the development and management of PE training programs. Candidate should have strong oral and written English language skills, excellent computer skills, and a demonstrated interest and ability in training others.

DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES: Developing and managing customized PE training program for new and experienced E&P professionals. Managing and supporting a specialized E&P professional development center. Technical review of in-house and contractor training manuals. Developing and assessing technical competencies of Petroleum Engineering personnel. Liaising with in-house and contractor instructors to develop new technical training programs. Developing instructional and technical reference manuals. Delivering in-house courses in basic and advanced level in Petroleum Engineering. Managing e-learning instructional material. Conducting training needs analysis.
