Residential Role
We are working with an established, market leading hard rock mining organisation with operations in Africa.

They are looking for a highly skilled and industry experienced Mobile Maintenance Superintendent to work on site to undertake a key role at an open pit operation based residentially in Africa.

Reporting to the Maintenance Manager you will be asked to undertake the following responsibilities.

Managing mobile mine maintenance activities
Promoting and encouraging teamwork, safety, environmental process, high performance & a cohesive working environment at all times
Working with Caterpillar 777D's, wheel loaders, D9R dozers and Liebherr 994 excavators
Planning and budgeting
Working alongside & supporting fellow technical professionals and crew members
Communicating KPI's
You will possess:

Experience in a similar Mobile Maintenance Superintendent role (around 3-5 years) within the gold mining industry
The ability to communicate at a high level and to inspire those around you
Trade or relevant tertiary qualifications
Demonstrated working knowledge of the above mentioned mobile equipment
Experience with Atlas Copco drill rigs (advantageous)
Extensive experience in heavy earthmoving equipment
A highly safety conscious attitude to your role
