Our client is a well established head contractor that is proud to be focused on the continuous improvement of its business systems, ensuring that they are at the forefront of project management and service delivery. This focus has seen them develop relationships with clients, sub-contractors and suppliers that are based on mutual trust and good faith; allowing all parties involved to focus on delivery without second guessing eachother. With new projects to commence in 4-8 weeks, they are looking to appoint an experienced Contracts Administrator/QS to their tight-knit team. This position is ideally suited to a Contracts Administrator/QS that is not afraid to speak up and share experiences; someone that has proven, long term relationships with suppliers and is open to new ways of doing things. You will have tertiary qualifications in Quantity Surveying or Construction Management and ideally have continued your own personal and professional development through short courses and workshops. Previous experience managing building projects of upto $20m in value is essential. What we're looking for: 5yrs post-graduate experience as a Contracts Administrator/QS Tertiary qualifications in Quantity Surveying or Construction Management Excellent technical skills - understanding risk management and "buildability" Enthusiasm - this is essential, you must love the job Collaboration - if you are stuck in your ways this is not the job for you References - you will need great references from previous employers and suppliers What's on offer?
