With work across Melbourne, this established civil contractor has earned a reputation for delivering projects to the highest of quality standards and within budgetary constraints. This contractor has brought a friendly face to the industry and relies heavily on the repeat business of it's core client base. Undertaking in operations ranging from streetscapes to land development to main road construction, this contractor provides a broad range of construction services to it's local area.
Due to the amount of work being undertaken by this contractor, they now need to start a new crew. They have already got the operators and a good leading hand, however they lack an experienced Foreman to run the team and manage the project.
Your excellent communication skills will be required to liaise with clients and subcontractors as well as your crew. You will be able to write and implement JSAs and conduct toolbox meetings. Your experience in sub-division works will hold you in good stead.
The successful candidate will be rewarded with a salary package worth $100,000 inclusive of a fully maintained company vehicle and super. An immediate start is available for the right person.
