About the Job
Long Term Contracts
Government Stimulus Packages
$5million Projects
Our client are anticipating an influx of a large amount of government work over the next few weeks. These projects will be residential projects in nature and will range from units to low density housing. These projects will be in the region of $200k to $5million.
To successfully manage these works they will require the services of up to 3 forepeople on contract for mid to long term duration. The forepeople they are looking for will have the following capabilities:
Solid residential or commercial supervisory background with reputable builders. Alternatively they would consider experienced qualified builders with experience running their own projects effectively.
Ability to multi task effectively across multiple small projects with different stakeholders
Excellent client communication skills with high committment to client satisfaction and quality outcomes.
Committment to OHS.
This company is a national builder who offer diverse opportunities to its key employees. Whilst this role is a contract position initially there is a serious committment on the part of this client to develop long term careers for individuals who proves themselves as skilled and effective operators. Hourly rates are negotiable but will be dependant on experience.
