THE ROLE
CCL has been requested by a leading Oil & Gas Energy company to provide a Drill Cutting Injection (DCI) Project Manager. 4/4 rotation, one year (renewable) contract. Excellent rates negotiable.
THE PERSON
5-7 years of experience in Drilling Solids Control and Drilling Cutting / Fluids Injection. Substantial experience in DCI is necessary to bring all various groups involved in preparation of application together to produce a positive result. Also be a major resource for scope development and contract preparation for the surface DCI facilities contract. Supervise selected contractor regarding of disposing of drill cuttings waste. Responsible for: assisting C&P with scope / contract preparation; providing technical expertise for bid evaluation / ranking; assisting with contract negotiations; supervising surface facilities contractor; optimizing operation of surface facilities; ensure adequate spare part available; ensure contractor personnel are trained / prepared to execute work scope; equipment maintenance schedules are being followed; interface with facilities contractor / other work activities; execute any other assigned tasks as required.
QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED
Degree in Chemistry, Geology or Mechanical Engineering preferred. Relevant offshore and training certificates, including BOSIET. Able to share the role and responsibility with a B2B in order to ensure a timely delivery of the project. Ability to motivate people. High level of personal and professional integrity. Ability to work effectively in a multi-cultural and multi language environment and be a team player. Good knowledge Environmental legislation. Experience or knowledge of the RoK or FSU oil industry standards. Technical standard of spoken and written English.
