Customer Service Engineer - Visio/Data Entry/Networks

THINK Resources has a short term contract opportunity with a great company in the BWI area of Maryland! Located close to all, this position offers either a recent grad or entry level networking candidate the opportunity to enter the work force and hit the ground running with a great team!

Responsibilities:

-> Assist Sr Network Engineer & Identify all equipment at each networking site
-> Maintain detailed communications with Clients, Managers and Field Technicians daily
-> Gather, organize and maintain pertinent information from system service reports (SSR), iMonitor software system, and original purchase orders

Requirements:

-> Must be familiar with Visio software
-> Possess excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
-> Have a basic understanding of networking systems (familiarity with Cisco hardware is a plus!!)
-> Must be a US Citizen
