Network Administrator - Network/Security

IMMEDIATE NEED!!!! Client located in Newark, New Jersey is looking for a Network Security Administrator with 3-5+ years of security operations experience. You need to be proficient with Continuum Systems, Linux & Windows applications. Any experience working for a Utility or in Command Center Operations would be a plus. Our client is looking for candidates local to the Newark, NJ area.

Responsibilities:

-> Perform testing, evaluation and documentation of all new software on the SCC test platform
-> Install new software applications and security patches onto the Production System Platform (PSP)
-> Perform testing, evaluation and documentation for security patches via company IT Department
-> Setup and configure computers, servers, and network devices
-> NICE system maintenance
-> Provide Radiant masking, presets & scheduling

Requirements:

-> 3-5+ years of network security operations
-> Specific experience with Continuum Systems, Linux & Windows Applications
-> Knowledge of: Network Connectivity, Network Topology, Window Security, Understanding of SQL database, Microsoft networking administration
-> 4 year technology degree
