Recruiter needed for a full-time employment opportunity with an independent oil and gas company in northwest Houston, TX. The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree and five to ten years experience with full-cycle recruiting and benefits experience. Responsibilities include administering recruitment program for all positions, serving as the point of contact with all recruitment firms, maintaining resume tracking log and employee referral program, creating offer letters, and coordinating intern orientation and activities. Additional responsibilities include tracking and processing new hire paperwork, serving as a back-up and providing support to the benefits area. Requirements include traveling during peak recruitment periods, advanced skills in Access and ADP and familiarity with standard concepts, practices and procedures within recruiting and benefits.
