Project Manager - Training/Development/Building Industry 70-85 K/yr

Location: Boston, MA, USA
A Nationally Recognized Organization is seeking a Project Manager for the management and implementation of company products, specifically this includes the delivery of company's e-product initiatives and continuity services. This position will be located near the Boston, Massachusetts area.

Responsibilities:

-> Management and administration oversight of the development of training projects
-> Federal grant, quarterly, and annual reporting
-> Perform budget tracking and financial status reports
-> Assisting with program piloting, subject matter experts, and scheduling
-> Working with the latest educational technology training programs (online classroom, webinars, etc)
-> Evaluate success of training products based on market, target audience, and company codes and standards
-> Work with staff and consultant content developers, technical advisors and instructional staff on assigned projects

Requirements:

-> A Master's Degree from an accredited college or university
-> 10 years project management experience
-> A minimum of 5 years experience in a training environment
-> Experience managing complex projects
-> Working knowledge in the instructional design process and adult learning framework
-> Experience working with the latest educational technologies (online classroom, webinars, etc.)
-> Development experience in face to face training
-> Proficiency in Microsoft office suite applications
-> Some travel is required
