Energy company in central Texas is seeking an IT Helpdesk Analyst with experience supporting SAP for a contract, possible temp to hire position in Dallas, TX.

Responsibilities:

-> Candidate will provide helpdesk support to a large population of SAP users in a professional corporate environment

Requirements:

-> ***Candidates must have at least 1 year of SAP Helpdesk Experience***
-> Able to work on the phones and email and understand IT terminology
-> Candidate must have excellent verbal communication skills
-> Candidate should have good MS Office skills
