My client is an internationally recognisable brand and the chances are you would use one or more of it’s products on a daily basis. This group has an immediate opening for an experienced OH&S Coordinator to oversee a team of 700 staff at broad locations nationwide.

You will be expected to manage your time effectively between head office and the mobile sales teams with responsibility for keeping compliance audits up to date, rolling out new safety strategies and procedures, identifying training needs and acting as the liaison with work cover. You should have prior knowledge of setting up and maintaining auditing systems and drafting policy manuals.

You will have a minimum of 3 years OH&S experience preferably overseeing mobile teams of staff rather than at one fixed locations and be qualified to a minimum of diploma level in OH&S. You must have thorough knowledge of setting up and monitoring compliance audit systems and be I.T. literate. You must be an effective communicator at all levels and poses the personality and people skills to guide and train others. Return to work qualifications and experience will be highly regarded
