Kinetic Recruitment is a leading supplier of engineering recruitment solutions to the Rail Sector.

Our client is an international consultancy who specializes in providing Project Management services to a range of industries including the rail sector where they have an established rail team. They currently have an opening for a Rollingstock Project Engineer to join their team in Adelaide.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Project management tasks including but not limited to:

Delivery of Rollingstock Procurement, Refurbishment & Conversion Upgrade projects.Provide professional Project Management advice and consultancy services to support the Rollingstock capital projects ensuring the achievement of scope, quality, time and cost objectives.Ensure that train upgrades are designed, installed and tested on time ready for re-introduction into fleet service.Ensure new trains are designed, manufactured, tested and delivered onto the rail network on time ready for introduction into fleet service.Ensure that the defined standards, specification, safety, quality, maintainability, reliability and availability are all met.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:

Degree in relevant Engineering discipline.At least 5 years experience in a similar Project Engineering role within the Rail industry.Specific experience as a Rollingstock Engineer with project management skills.Background in design, construction and maintenance of Rollingstock is desirable.
