Here is a Sales Management opportunity with the market leader in the design, construction and installation of modular and transportable semi-permanent building systems. They have built an outstanding reputation for quality and service delivery across a wide range of markets including; Mining and Resources, Building and Construction, Education, Commercial and Industrial, Government and Tourism sectors. They offer a hiring and outright equipment sales solution and are also seeing great success with their new major project engineering division. Having a strong and stable platform to work from, you will be leading a great team and promoting top shelf products to an existing client base that trusts and respects your business.

Your role as ACT sales manager will see you autonomously lead the Key Account Management and Business Development function and achieving sales and profit results for the entire Canberra office. Operationally you will be responsible for setting and maintaining the budgets of your team members as well as coaching and mentoring those around you to become successful. You will also be developing new customer service initiatives, striving for excellence at all levels. You will the support of an experienced and dedicated management team and as an employer our client offers strong career progression opportunities.

To be successful this role our clients have indicated you must be able to demonstrate your proven solution sales track record and management skills. You must have experience in the building/construction sector, however direct experience in modular buildings is not essential. Experience with having existing client relationships in the government sector will be seen as a distinct advantage. Most important is that you present yourself as a passionate and driven leader who inspires those around them, has excellent ethics and understands market place.
