Associate Structural Engineer

Medium sized Engineering design consultancy based in Sydney NSW is seeking an Associate Structural Engineer to join their firm and lead the team and win new business. The company works on a wide variety of projects ranging from commercial, residential, retail and industrial projects.

You will need to possess a tertiary degree qualification with a minimum of 10 years industry experience with a background of both concrete and structural steel. You will need to be a leader and expert in both design, documentation and project work.

To be considered you must possess:Australian Industry experience preferredTertiary degreeMinimum 10 Years industry experienceAbility to lead teams and mentor staffExperience in winning new business and client interactionsExcellent Verbal and written communication skillsMust have a proven ability to work both independently as well as part of a team in the production of accurate and detailed work.
Ideally this company is looking for seniors or principals in the industry who want to work within a growing company. In return the successful applicant will be offered an attractive remuneration package as well as the opportunity and benefits that come with working for a growing consultancy.
