Our client is one of Western Australia’s most respected and most successful new home builders, with countless awards and more importantly home builders who feel privileged to have had their home built with them. They have a history of industry dominance, and continue to set the benchmark for excellence throughout the Perth market. Due to their continuing success they are currently looking for a dynamic Pre Start Consultant to join their team.

The successful candidate will have;

At least 3 years experience as a Pre-Start Consultant with a Residential Builder in Perth. A very good understanding of the construction industry Possess excellent communication and negotiation skills Have the ability to liaise with all levels within an organization Be computer literate in Word and Excel Have well developed administration and time management skills Enjoy working as a part of a team in a busy and challenging environment Have excellent presentation and highly professional approach to your work This position is immediate and my client will be taking the qualitative process of short listing suitable candidates before determining the successful applicant.

Salary package is negotiable upon experience!!
