Terms of Employment: Permanent, Full Time, Shift Salary: To be negotiated Anticipated Start Date: As soon as possible Location: Red Deer, Alberta (1 vacancy) Skill Requirements: Education: Not required Credentials (certificates, licences, memberships, courses, etc.): First Aid Certificate, Well Service Blowout Prevention Certificate, Workplace Hazardous Materials Information System (WHMIS) Certificate, Transportation of Dangerous Goods (TDG) Certificate, Hydrogen Sulphide Awareness (H2S) Certificate Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years Languages: Speak English Area of Specialization: Oil and gas well drilling and well servicing Specific Skills: Direct rig crew, Operate controls of drill or service rig, Keep records of drilling and servicing operations Security and Safety: Driver''s validity license check Own Tools/Equipment: Safety equipment/gear, Steel-toed safety boots, Hard hat Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Fast-paced environment, Combination of sitting, standing, walking, Standing for extended periods Work Site Environment: Outdoors, Noisy Transportation/Travel Information: Valid driver''s licence, Own transportation Work Location Information: Staff accommodation provided, Remote location Essential Skills: Document use, Numeracy, Writing, Oral communication, Working with others, Decision making, Computer use Other Information:Driller-coal bed methane. Oil field safety tickets, first line blowout prevention. Reliable vehicle to work. Work various locations though out Alberta and Sask. Drillers with experience need apply.
