A leading manufacturing company in Eastern Ohio has an immediate need for a talented Plant Engineer with metallurgical, steel or automotive industry optimization experience.

Responsibilities:

-> This position provides subject matter expertise to the Plant Manager regarding equipment optimization, maintenance and processes
-> Perform engineering services related to the inspection, improvement, efficient operation and maintenance of metallurgical plant equipment
-> Work closely with plant management, maintenance and production staff to identify areas for improvement
-> Provide technical support on all aspects of optimization relating to mechanical and electrical systems
-> Develop and implement process changes that will increase plant production efficiency
-> Perform additional duties as required in plant environment

Requirements:

-> Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical or Metallurgical engineering
-> At least 10-15 years of metallurgical, steel or automotive industry optimization experience
-> Must have a solid understanding of metallurgical equipment and plant operations to improve processes
-> Maintenance, Reliability or Process Engineering experience is extremely helpful
