Construction Project Manager focusing on High-End Fit-out & Refurbishment

A immediate position exists for a competent Fit-Out Project Manager. You will be joining this project at the initial stages, leading a team in the provision of a high end commercial fit-out in Sydney.

THE COMPANY

The client is a renowned fit-out and new build specialist and operates across Australia's Eastern Seaboard. The project value is estimated to be circa $10m and candidates should be able to demonstrate competency in managing projects of this type and value. Previous NSW project management experience is essential.

KEY ATTRIBUTES

Tertiary qualifications in Building / Construction. Minimum of 5 years experience in the construction project management of fit-out / refurb for a reputable builder. Supervise construction sites and direct site managers and engineers to make sure standards of construction performance, quality, cost schedules and safety are maintained. It is envisaged that the successful applicant will command a salary of circa $150,000. The company's Sydney office is a stone's throw from the CBD.
