Reporting to the Manager Technical Services & Business Development, this autonomous role will be responsible for providing leadership and technical expertise across all aspects of exploration, including drilling for gas capture and mine services requirements. In this pivotal role, you will develop and deliver strategic and operational plans, including the management of the drilling contractors, land owner engagement, compliance & reporting as well as maintaining a network with key stakeholders.
You will have demonstrated experience in a similar role having worked within the mining, petroleum and/or gas sector. You will have proven operational management experience coupled with your solid commercial acumen, analytical and strategic outlook. You will be a team player who has excellent relationship building skills and a structured methodical approach.
