Position Synopsis
We seek a motivated, safety-conscious and team-spirited individual to become an integral member of our Operations team at Finucane Island. You will monitor the processes, procedures and equipment so as to ensure, from an operations perspective, that the processes and plant are achieving maximum efficiency and delivering product to specification. Operational experience is preferred as you will be responsible for liaising with both operations and maintenance personnel.

Skills and Experience
Our role requires a hands-on individual who enjoys being out on site identifying problems, finding and implementing solutions and continuously improving the way we work. You may be tertiary qualified in Minerals Processing or a related Engineering discipline, but will draw from your considerable operational experience to make a difference in this role. Experience in sampling and screening techniques will be well regarded, as will experience in process optimisation of Mineral Processing plants.
You will apply your existing knowledge and experience, along with your strong analytical skills, to monitor the performance of major equipment and to contribute to ongoing technical developments, specifically in operational efficiencies.

Location
This role is based in Port Hedland and is offered on a Residential or Fly in Fly out basis from Perth on a family friendly roster.
