IMMEDIATE NEED FOR PROJECT MANAGERS / ENGINEERS IN Tulsa,OKLAHOMA: Mid western company is seeking multiple Substation Project Managers / Engineers with Primavera P3-P6 Schedulers for Oklahoma location. Specific experience with providing PM support activities in managing resources for entire Station Projects.

Responsibilities:

-> Responsibilities include Program Management Construction Scheduler with Primavera P6 -P3 experience
-> Responsible for project cost estimates and cost analysis would also be helpful
-> Responsible for understanding of concepts and products developed by the project management tool, i.e.: resource charts, pert charts, Gantt charts, concepts of float, schedule status, revisions, etc
-> Responsibilities include the ability to consolidate independently generated project data effectively with Construction Coordinators on cross-functional teams
-> Responsible for capital budget and work plan identification, resource planning and project assignment recommendations and projects and Group performance reporting
-> Responsibilities include providing project planning service by developing and implementing an overall plan/schedule for upcoming projects

Requirements:

-> Experience with Primavera P6 is preferred but will consider other versions of Primavera
-> Experience in project planning support role to large scale construction projects, preferably substation and transmission line projects
-> Experience as a focal point for coordinating requests for engineering support and defining resource requirements for projects at the planning stage
-> Must be skilled in Primavera P/ * Scheduling software
-> Experience with scheduling of short and long term construction projects and project management measures tools and reports as needed
-> Experience and Must be knowledgeable in Microsoft products and Lotus products for spreadsheets and word processing
-> Additional knowledge in databases a plus
-> Requires a minimum 3 years of in-depth, verifiable, recent experience using Primavera Scheduling tools
-> A background in the construction industry is a requirement
-> College degree a plus

• Describe your experience as a Primavera P6 (or other versions) Scheduling tools for project planning support role to large scale construction projects. Do you have other experience with Primavera or similar scheduling software? Explain.

• Describe in detail your experience with substation design and project management. Specific experience with providing PM support activities in managing resources for entire Station Projects.

• A) Describe your experience working on project teams to develop-maintain a construction schedule using Primavera P - *. Describe your ability to lead the effort to help determine schedule activities, appropriate predecessor-successor relationships, track issues and actions items, assist with change control process and contribute to various project management measures and reports as needed. Describe your experience and understanding of concepts and products developed by the project management tool, i.e.: resource charts, pert charts, Gantt charts, concepts of float, schedule status, revisions, etc. Describe any experience with consolidating independently generated project data effectively with Construction Coordinators on cross-functional teams.

• Have you worked in project planning, developing and implementing an overall plan-schedule for upcoming projects? Explain. Describe your experience with verifying and checking the impact of multiple projects on outages and resource requirements. Additionally as a Liaison with operation, construction management and field services to assure coordination among project process partners.
