This highly experienced and respected International Gold producer currently has a need for a Chief Metallurgist to occupy a residential position in this thriving Central Asian country.

Residential in a major city, the site is a 2 hour journey by sealed road. You will enjoy excellent living conditions along with a market leading tax free salary.

To be successful in the role you must have;

Experience in Gold Metallurgy development and process operation in various treatment methods Experience in the operation and ideally the construction of a BIOX plant and the training of BIOX personnel Experience in Ellipse Have a genuine hands-on approach, be a strong leader, and it goes without saying a degree in Metallurgy Day to day, you will be responsible for providing direction for the optimisation of the metallurgical performance of the CIL processing facility and heap leach operations. You will also set and monitor KPIs, assist with cost budgeting and monitor actual cost vs budget performance and at all times maintain safe work practices.
