Based in Melbourne’s inner East, this firm is a specialized project management organization committed to delivering first rate outcomes for their investor and development clients. Centered around the land development industry, the company has been expanding its repertoire recently and has assumed responsibility for the delivery of building and water industry related projects as well.

The company itself is comprised entirely of project management professionals – many of whom have many years managing the successful completion of major development and construction projects. With this in mind, my client is positioned to provide first rate coordination of projects.

Due to growth they are now seeking a junior civil engineer with some land development experience (either from the design or construction streams. You role will be to Project Manage the construction of a major, multi-stage land development project. Drawing on all of your technical skills, you will be expected to liaise with all stakeholders, including the developers, consulting engineers, construction firms and local authorities.

This role will require a desire to learn new skills, an understanding of civil engineering concepts employed in the construction of land development projects, strong communication skills, and strong project management skills.
