The Position & You
Enter into a working environment where positivity, team orientation and client management are cornerstones of the mode of operation. As Project Manager, you can expect to concurrently manage 3-5 projects valued from $2-5mil, supported by your Construction Manager and Contract Administrator. The Project Managers key deliverables are time, cost, quality and safety, all on newly acquired projects which you can make your own, and kick goals from the start. Applicants must be a Project Manager (or Engineer), and possess either a tertiary education in building or civil engineering; OR a commercial project management history on projects to $5mil (or beyond). On a personal note, you meet the criteria of being a problem solver, can work autonomously, can build strong relationships, think laterally, lead a group of people (and self) and possess a postiive attitude.
