BMA Broadmeadow Mine is a punch Longwall underground coal mine, located 190km south west of Mackay, and the Whitsunday Coast. Broadmeadow Mine has the capacity to produce over 3 mtpa of high quality coking coal. At Broadmeadow our core value is to achieve Zero Harm and world class performance which will further enhance BMA’s competitiveness in the international coking coal market.

We are seeking applicants for a number of permanent positions within the Maintenance Department to supplement the Mine Services and Production Crews. These positions will be responsible for the contribution and continuous improvement towards the effective and successful running of the Longwall and associated surface operations.

Electrical Technicians

Experience with PLC’s and/or heavy industry and/or underground mining is essential.
