Co-ordinator Engineering

You will be responsible to co-ordinate and control specific projects of an engineering nature, by interacting with the internal customer and discussing options; establishing the ‘scope of the project’ with the Originator; compiling an Expenditure Proposal (EP) detailing project cost estimates; conducting inspections of project work in progress.
Update relevant information on the Review and Commissioning System (RACS); co-ordinate and control all Developments and Modifications to operating areas and equipment, by developing a detail design in conjunction with the Draughtsperson using Computer Aided Design applications (CAD).
Ensure new design/ modification meets relevant standards and requirements of Health, Safety, Environment and Quality and attend various meetings related to engineering/ engineering projects (Departmental, Technical, Review), by chairing User Review/ Technical meetings.
The purpose of this role Is to co-ordinate and control projects, developments, improvements and modifications of an engineering nature by complying with relevant procedures (Mozal Improvement Process) and general engineering principles and standards in order to ensure the implementation of safe, practical and cost effective solutions.
Ideally you will have a B. Degree or Higher Diploma in Engineering Mechanical or Electrical, with 3-4 years Engineering/ Project Management and CAD (Desktop) experience
