Commercial Project Manager is now needed for travel and to be located in the Houston, TX area.

Responsibilities:

-> Manage the contract and project through the full life cycle of installation, start-up and close out
-> Negotiate with subcontractors, manage the field labor force, initiate and negotiate change orders
-> Insure the satisfaction of end-users and others in the contract chain

Requirements:

-> 8 years project manage experience dealing with installation and/or replacement of chilled water cooling plants
-> Ability to comprehend engineering related documents such as P&ID's control systems Architecture drawings, electrical one-line diagrams and process flow charts
-> Travel as required
