IMMEDIATE NEED!!!!.....Our client is a electrical testing & technical services company specializing in commissioning, start up and maintenance testing of high voltage electrical substations & systems for utilities, industrial, governmental and transit system clients. They are growing and looking for several Relay Test Field Technicians & Engineers with 3-20+ years of hands on experience with protective relays or substations. You should have experience as a Technician or Engineer working for a Utility, Relay Manufacturer or a similar high voltage electrical testing company. The most urgent jobs are in New Hampshire, Connecticut and Vermont. Our client also has needs in St. Louis, MO and Pittsburgh, PA. Client offers vacation, 401k, great pay, relocation assistance, & medical benefits.

Responsibilities:

-> Your main responsibility will be to install, maintain, test, & repair protective relays on high voltage substations
-> You will travel in the North East region servicing customers, but will also need to support other regions depending on the work load

Requirements:

-> 3-25 years of hands on experience installing, maintaining, testing & repairing protective relays on high voltage substations
-> You must be able to calibrate and perform functional tests on both electromechanical and micro-processor based protective relays for high voltage substations
-> You also need experience installing, maintaining, testing, & repairing circuit breakers, transformers, switchgear, and similar equipment
-> Capable of trouble shooting distribution and transmission controls circuits
-> Client will provide company service truck and pay for expenses when you have to service clients out of the immediate area
-> 75% Regional Travel

• What is your current hourly rate and total compensation? What is your desired base salary & total compensation?
