This leading energy infrastructure utility is a top 50 ASX listed company specialising in gas and oil exploration, production, power generation and energy retailing.

A key role within the newly formed Operational Risk team, the Engineering Manager is responsible for the provision of detailed engineering design and construction support to the LPG operations in Australia and the Pacific Islands to ensure new projects are completed in compliance with all relevant standards, on time and at optimal cost.

Managing a national team of Engineers you will provide the LPG business with engineering support to ensure that the facilities it controls are constructed, maintained and operated in compliance with all relevant legislation and company policies. In addition the group provides technical advice to ensure that customer LPG installations are constructed to optimise costs and ensure safety.

The successful candidate will have extensive engineering experience in gas or related industries, with a proven ability to manage and develop a team of engineers across numerous projects. With a degree in engineering you must have extensive knowledge of dangerous goods regulations and procedures with the ability to engage across all levels of management to create the vision and goals of the Operational Risk team.
