Working for a leading and progressive organisation will be the difference to job security for a Senior Management position. Hill McGlynn is working in partnership with a leading Global Multidiscipline engineering consultancy that is looking to expand their capabilities. With a team of 5-10 consultant working in the Power Division they are seeking an experience Business Focused Project Director to join their team and drive the interfacing with clients forward to supply a range of services to leading Power companies through Australia.

This position has come available due to expansion within the organisation and the view to grow their capabilities in the Power sector. Reporting to the Group Manager you will have a semi autonomous role that will be focused on working in conjunction with key clients in the market, developing relationships with new clients, have a project focused mentality and be focused on expanding the division.

To be successful in this role you require the following:

Extensive experience working within the Power Sector Tertiary Qualifications in Mechanical Engineering Minimum of 15 years industry experience Strong understanding of the procurement methodologies and contract principles A passion for business development and self motivated to build a successful team Strong decision making skills to be results orientated Local experience in required an understanding of Australian Legislations and Standards is a must.

This is an opportunity that will lead into a Senior Management Position with a leading and diversified Organisation. They have strong focus on Quality and looking after their clients needs. They are motivated to find the right person for the role and would like to hear from specialist in this field.
