THE ROLE
CCL requires Recruitment Consultants at all levels for its Houston office. Founded in the UK in 1981, CCL provides professional and commercial services and highly professional, well-motivated specialist personnel to the offshore / onshore oil & gas, petrochemical, energy industries on a worldwide basis. Responsibilities will include, but not be limited to, sourcing candidates for vacancies, liaison with both clients and candidates, preparing submissions to clients, arranging interviews and negotiating assignment or employment T&Cs, identifying and developing new business. Good basic salary plus excellent results based commission structure. Good prospects for high earnings and career development.
THE PERSON
Minimum 2 years technical recruitment of Professional Engineers preferred. Relevant experience in Oil & Gas or Services will be considered.
QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED
Good standard of education. Computer literate with fluent spoken and written English. Successful candidates must be prepared to live within a sensible daily commuting distance of West Houston. US citizens or Green Card holders only.
