Reliability Engineer - Pulp and Paper/Reliability/Maintenance 75-97 K/yr

Pulp and Paper manufacturer is actively seeking a Reliability Engineer in Southern Alabama.

Responsibilities:

-> Position will work as part of a team to support the mill effort to safely improve the equipment reliability by applying reliability principles
-> Provide technical expertise for equipment maintenance, maintenance standards, and procedures for mill equipment; proactively identify and eliminate equipment issues
-> Apply the concepts of precision maintenance to ensure the equipment is reliable when put back in service
-> Mill equipment includes converting, paper machines, pulp processing, or power

Requirements:

-> Must be familiar with reliability principles such as Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM), and Root Cause Failure Analysis (RCFA) to identify the appropriate Predictive and Preventative Maintenance (PPM) procedures
-> Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering
-> A minimum of 5 years experience in an Electrical/ Reliability Engineer related industrial field
-> Prefer experience with pulp and paper technology and systems
-> Knowledge of high to medium voltage PLC drives, Allen Bradley programming, Ethernet Networking systems, GE Drives, and DCS Process Control desired
