Information Systems Manager - Network/SCADA/Energy 70-90 K/yr

One of the Largest Energy Companies based in the Gulf is aggressively looking for a Deputy Senior Manager with SCADA, EMS, and DMS experience for their Electrical and Water networks to ensure reliability and a high quality of E-services solutions.

Responsibilities:

-> The candidate shall be able to manage and control activities related to Master Station Support
-> Able to manage and ensure quality of SCADA/EMS/DMS database, SCADA Software, E-Services & Development
-> Perform quality checks on daily activities to insure that processes, schedules, requests, and quality standard are met
-> Monitor, measure and report operational issues, threats, opportunities and development plans and achievements
-> Plan, develop and implement strategies to develop SCADA / EMS / DMS Databases, LANs and increase the usage of E-Services within the division
-> Implement cost reduction initiatives and activities in alignment with business strategy and department objectives
-> Participate in any new SCADA projects, review and provide comments on SCADA Database contracts and tenders specifications

Requirements:

-> A BSEE or MSEE in Electrical Engineering or B.S in Computer Science
-> The candidate must have 10 years experience in SCADA/EMS&DMS
-> A Knowledge in Power System Operation, Network & Security fundamentals, and E-Services Applications
-> Authorized to work in the U.S, CANADA, and EUROPE
-> A valid passport
-> Candidate must be ready to depart within few weeks

• Are you willing to work and live in the Gulf and AE for a minimum of 2 years?

• What is your current or most recent salary? (PER CLIENT REQUEST) Please breakdown your base salary and any bonus etc? Do you also have any memberships and affiliations with Internationally accepted applicable professional Institutes or Societies?
