Singapore based roles - Projects

The Information Management Group Functions’ team based in Singapore is realigning its structure to ensure the successful execution of the IM 101 Strategy while supporting 1SAP in the operational environment and its defined operating model mandates.

As a result a number of key roles have become available across the newly identified Information Management streams: Projects, Operations, Governance & Compliance and Commercial. Below is a brief description of the roles we are sourcing.

PROJECTS

Accountable for:

• Plan and Build

• Alignment to architecture and security standards

• Project Management Office

• Plans signed off with stakeholders

• Alignment to the IM101 strategy and intent

Enterprise Applications Project Manager

Reporting to GM Projects this role will have single point of accountability for all Group IM Projects involving Enterprise Application implementation and for ensuring all projects are executed according to the BHP Billiton’s Major Projects standards.

Enterprise Infrastructure Project Manager

Reporting to GM Projects this role will have single point accountability for all Group IM Projects involving Enterprise Infrastructure Implementation (excluding Portal and for ensuring all projects are executed according to the BHP Billiton’s Major Projects standards.

1SAP Project Manager

Reporting to GM Projects this role will have single point accountability for all Group IM Projects involving 1SAP implementation in the operational environment and for ensuring all projects are executed according to the BHP Billiton’s Major Projects standards.

Quality Manager

Reporting to GM Projects this role will have single point accountability for quality assurance of processes and methodologies applied by the Group IM Project Team. This role will be also responsible for ensuring that necessary Project IP is captured, managed and leveraged across Projects and ensuring the maintenance of Project-based documentation to enable successful transition and ongoing operation of Group IM Projects.

Group Functions Project Manager

Reporting to GM Projects this role will have single point accountability for all Group IM Projects involving Group Functions (with Group IM operating on behalf of the Group Functions primarily for non-Enterprise projects and for ensuring all projects are executed according to the BHP Billiton’s Major Projects standards.

Schedule Controller (Projects)

Reporting to GM Projects this role will have single point accountability for managing the integrated plans across Group IM, Customer Sector Group IM and Outsourced Service Providers for Group IM projects. This role will be also responsible for ensuring integrated plans are updated to the BHP Billiton major Project standards and set at the level of granularity to effectively track project progress.
