Think Opportunity
The Shutdown Coordinator role will be responsible for weekly and long term planning and scheduling of maintenance and section activities within the Processing area of the Metallurgical plant.
Think Purpose
Along with the key accountabilities of the role being the planning and scheduling and overall coordination of regular maintenance activities, you will also re responsible for:
* Maintaining, developing and optimising the preventive and predictive maintenance activities within the processing plant;
* Liaising with various areas and departments to ensure integration issues are identified and minimised;
* Applying HSEC standards and requirements to the planning process;
* Assisting in the development and optimisation of reoccurring shutdowns;
* Ensure and monitor the execution of contracts in an organised, quality controlled and timely manner;
* Interpreting and understanding drawings and technical manuals;
* Assisting in the delivery of defined business processes;
* Providing frontline feedback on work and reliability opportunities; and
* Assisting in budget development, tracking and forecasting.
Think Requirements
You will hold a Mechanical Trade qualification, accompanied by demonstrated shutdown and maintenance planning experience. Fixed plant mineral processing maintenance experience will be highly regarded and proficiency in the use of SAP and Microsoft Project are essential.
Coupled with your technical and vocational experience, you will have excellent communication skills where you have the ability to liaise with a wide range of people in an effective manner.
